1. Customer MUST submit an order form in order for their request to be processed. Once submitted, all orders are considered FINAL.
  2. A notification shall be sent to the customer once Cleo’s Style and Trinkets has received the order. If a confirmation message is not received within 24 hours please send a follow-up message.
  3. We will reserve your items for you until payment is made.
  4. Reservation is strictly for 2 days; payment must be made within such period (if need extension, please do contact us immediately. Payment extension will only be granted in cases where there is clear evidence of “impossibility to pay” e.g. force majeure (Acts of God), war, etc.)
  5. If payment in full is not received within 2 days, the order is considered cancelled. In addition to that, your profile will be posted in the BOGUS BUYERS section of this page.
  6. Cleo’s Style and Trinkets warrants the items to be free from defects in materials once shipment is made; thus, we follow NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY unless the goods turn out to have latent/hidden defects which could not be easily detected.
  7. After customers receive their item(s), they should inspect the product thoroughly, as we will be accepting complaints within 5 days from shipment and in “as is” condition. (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY if customers want to return the goods because of a change of mind.)
